"human wants are satisfied primarily by nature" primary means raw stage or starting stage of any work and all human activities are directly or indirectly related to nature as :
●the food we eat primarily comes from agriculture which nature is connected directly by soil, water, sunlight, air.
●the cloth we wear comes from plants, animals, insects (cotton, wool, silk)etc. and also includes agriculture.
●the house we live in is made by natural elements(kaccha-mud,bamboo,sticks etc. , pacca- brick made by soil, cement made by mixing natural elements etc.
Thus, nature sometimes provides choices we utilise to fulfil our wants and sometimes indulges adequately to fulfil our wants.

Ans:
Almost every need of man is satisfied primarily by nature. For food he has to depend on soil fertility to grow crops. For clothing he has to depend on plants.
