by maintaining homeostasis condition.
Humans are categorised as regulators :
• human beings are able to maintain homeostatis condition ( constant body temperature) by physiological and sometimes by behavioral means.
• biologists believe the success of mammals is largely due to their ability to maintain a constant body temperature whether they live in extreme cold or hot climate.
• we maintain a constant body temperature of 37°C , in summer when there is hot outside we sweat resulting in evaporative cooling to bring down body temperature.
• in winter we shiver, a kind of body exercise to generate body heat and raises body temperature and maintains homeostasis condition in our body.
