Humans are,not able to digest cellulose.so how humans are,able to eat fruits and vegetables as they cannot digest cellulose.

Humans can't digest cellulose because-
1. they are complex sugar
2. We do not have ruminant bacteria that live in the gut of herbivores(cows etc.)
We are able to eat fruits and vegetables because they do not have cellulose in it.
(as animals like cow eat grass which is rich in cellulose )
