See, cattle themselves can’t digest cellulose: But they have symbiotic bacteria that do, The bacteria require a somewhat specialized environment: Not too acidic, etc. So cattle have a stomach just for them. But the human stomach is acidic, so they can’t survive there.

cause cellulose digesting enzymes are absent in humans. so cellulose is taken as roughage in our body
