Human does not have digestive juices that can digest cellulose still they consume fruit & vegetables that contain large quantities of cellulose.

But they are taken it in large quantities.

The fruits and vegetables can form the important source of vitamins, roughage and minerals those are known as important nutrients for the human body.

Cellulose can form the part of the roughage and can help in the smooth movement of bowling of food.
