Humility is an acknowledgment that our achievements are not entirely the
result of our own efforts; they are also the consequence of having others who
are invested in our lives.
EXERCISE: Think of a recent success that you have had or something that you
do well. Describe how factors other than yourself and your own efforts have

Answer:
Sucess is not everything I will give the oppinion from my side
once I had gone for a karate tournament and I was yellow belt so I was selected and my friend so we were there and the opponents were saying that u can't do but after a tournament I won my 1st round and second was the match was with a red belt the match was begin and I tried like a very good player but the judges had to decide by points so my 1 point was not there so I was disappointed but letter my opponent came and ask me are u really a yellow belt player. means he also knew that I was playing nicely and I was not disappointed then. so it tells us that only winning is not everything.
hope u will find this helpful.
