Step-by-step explanation:

we know that each diamond worths $25000 and hundred of them worth $2500000 in total value.

so lets divide them in two group as worth of value to be x and y, where

y = 2500000 - x

total value = x + y = 2500000 - 1

Now we have the condition that is

∴ x/4 = y/6 + 500000

∴ x/4 = (y + 3000000)/6

∴ 6x/4 = y + 3000000

∴ 3x = 2y + 6000000

∴ x = 2y/3 + 2000000 - 2

∴ Now we put value of x in equ 1 we get

∴ y = 300000

∴ x = 2500000 - 300000 = 2200000

so x/y = 2200000/300000 = 22/3 or y/x = 3/22
