Driving age is 18yrs. Today's life has become so easy that even teenagers are been seen riding bikes, scooties and etc. But the policemen, they don't care. And the most important thing is that the riders do not wear helmets. They are not even scared. They ride it so carelessly. They don't listen to their parents. Children should not be given vehicles to drive. They can even have cycles. They ride it so mischievously, so carelessly that in the process accidents take place. It is their loss. So children especially the teenagers should not be given "VEHICLES".
