Sub - Complaint for the wet garbage on streets

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice about the appalling condition of the streets.

The wet garbage on streets are creating a lot of problems for everyone. This garbage is making our society the worst. As you know that garbage is injurious to health. Yesterday I saw some children playing within the streets. If the children start falling sick with that garbage then the questions will arise on you. It's very uncomfortable to move through the streets. Sir please take some action regarding this.
