draw the both line on graph and find the triangle formed with one base as x axis. calculate the intersection point by putting y = 0 . you willbe able to do it.

so putting y=0

2x +6 =0

x = -3 so one vertice is (-3,0)

in 2nd eq y=0

3x-12=0

x= 4

2nd vertice is (4,0)

now put x = 0 to find y axis intersection point

y+6=0

y= -6

2nd eq also gives y = -6

so point on y axis is (0, -6)

so all vertices are (-3,0) , (4,0) ,(0,-6)
