Ans- The Cancer is a Non-Infectious disease which is generally caused by the uncontrolled growth of cells. This might be due to several causes like Consumption of alcohol, Smoking, Hereditary, Unbalanced diet,lack of exercise etc. Nowadays several types of treatment has been invented for the cure of cancer like:-

• Chemotherapy (Chemical drugs)
• Stem cell treatment
• Radiation therapy (Laser technology uses high light intensity to kill the mass of unwanted cells) etc.

And diagnostics like:-

• Biopsy (Using Small tissue)
• Endoscopy (Inserting small devices inside body)
• Blood tests (For necessary check-ups) etc.

Q.3 Enlist the names and Composition of the medicines.

Ans- When we say about medicines and drugs ,there are endless kinds for majority of disorders and diseases. I don't know much! Except few of them....

Common medicines used in day to day life are:-

• Paracetamol - A medicine that relieves. This can be taken during fever to lower the temperature. They com in both tablets and liquid form. Composition- N(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamide.
• Milk of Magnesia(Antacid) - You must have seen bottles of pink coloured liquid which are generally taken during indigestion. This is Milk of Magnesia. Now a days ,many alternatives are also available like ENO, GasOfast etc. Composition- Magnesium Hydroxide
• Antiseptic creams- They are used for the prevention of any kind of infections during cuts, wounds and bruises. Best Example- Dettol
• Vaseline - Petroleum jelly which is found in each and home. It is a moisturizing agent and smoothens rough skin.

Q.4) a. Master 'X' most likely to suffer from which disease?

Ans - Master 'X' was living near Public toilet which shows that it is not at all a clean and hygienic environment. Contamination of Water and Accumulation of Scraps should be common which leads to diseases like Typhoid, Chloera etc. Master 'X' is not able to get proper balanced diet, So he will suffer from various deficiency diseases like Nightblindness(Vit. A), Marasmus(Proteins), Anaemia(Iron) etc.

b. How will you help him and his family?

Ans- I will ask my parents to donate some essential requirements like Food to them, or Proper Sanitation facility. Also, I will write a letter to the editor of Newspaper, to convey their current situation to many people through newspaper. Also, I will write or mail the politicians or Social workers to help them. I will take help from our school teachers. This is to provide them some basic requirements of day-to-day life.

c. What disease might his father suffer?

His father is a drunkard ,so Consumption of alcohol mainly destroys our liver and the first signs of liver problems are Jaundice, Nausea,Fatigue etc. This habit also causes Cancer in mouth,in throat, in liver etc. It damages the brain. High blood pressure, Strokes are other disorders that may be caused.
