Given radius of sphere = 4.2cm

We know that volume of sphere = 4/3pir^3

                                                       = 4/3pi(4.2)^3

Given radius of cylinder = 6cm.

We know that volume of cylinder = pir^2h

                                                        = pi(6)^2 * h

                                                        = 36pih.

Given that Volume of cylinder = volume of the sphere.

36pih = 4/3pi(4.2)^3

h =  \frac{4 *  \pi * 4.2^3}{3 * 36 *  \pi }

h =  \frac{4.2^3}{27}

h = 2.74cm

Therefore the height of the cylinder = 2.74cm.

Hope this helps!
