Any teacher can take a child to classroom,but none can make one learn.Why did Helen say so and to what extent is it true?

Any teacher can take a child to classroom forcefully if not willed but no one can make one learn not even forcefully if they are not willing to. It depends on the person's inner desire and if they don't want to do a particular thing than no one can force them to do that thing.
