Yes, It will because killing a child even during pregnancy(after 20 weeks of pregnancy) is murder and one of the most heinous crime.

There is no secularism in Killing because no religion supports any murderous intent. Human Rights are always taken first in the consideration before any secularism or anything .

Under Female Infanticide Prevention Act 1870 which I believe is still followed as it is a crime to kill a child.
