d2sp3----Square Planar.

No. of monovalent atoms around central atom = 4

No. of Valence electrons in central atom = 8

H = (1/2)×(8+4) = 6 = sp3d2 or d2sp3

The two lone pairs are in axial position and the 4 fluorine atoms in the equatorial plane, making the molecule XeF4, Square Planar and hence d2sp3
