Fe(H2O)6]3+ Since H2O is a weak field kgand it cannot cause in pairing of electrons. Therefore, the number of unpaired electrons is 5. Thus, it is strongly paramagnetic (due to Presence of unpaired electrons). [Fe(H2O)6]3+ outer d- orbitals (n) d-orbitals are used in hybridization it high spin or free complex.Read more on Sarthaks.com - https://www.sarthaks.com/198933/for-the-complex-fe-h2o-write-the-hybridization-magnetic-character-and-spin-of-the-complex
