there is no compound named as methene because alkene has common formula as CnH2n. For methene it will be CH2 but C always needs to satisfy its 4 valencies. So, methene does not exist.
But hybridisation of C in methane(CH4) is sp3.
But hybridisation of C in methane(CH4) is sp3.
