becozzz when HCl is dissolved in water it dissociate into H+and Cl- ions after H+ion combine with water and form hydronium ion
nd In HCl its shows hydrogen bonding
but CH3COOH can't show H-bobding....
and it doesn't dissociate completely into its ions. ....
