let the ratios of 0.5N and 0.1 N be x and 1-x respectively
0.5x + 0.1(1 - x) = 0.2
0.5x + 0.1 - 0.1x = 0.2
0.4x = 0.1
x = 0.2/0.4
= 0.5
Volume of 0.5N = 0.5 x 2 = 1 litre
Volume of 0.1 N = 0.5 x 2 = 1 litre
0.5x + 0.1(1 - x) = 0.2
0.5x + 0.1 - 0.1x = 0.2
0.4x = 0.1
x = 0.2/0.4
= 0.5
Volume of 0.5N = 0.5 x 2 = 1 litre
Volume of 0.1 N = 0.5 x 2 = 1 litre
