hey mate!!

On Earth, the sun can take on warmer hues, especially at sunrise or sunset, because our planet's atmosphere scatters blue and green light the most. ... Deep in the sun's core, nuclear fusion converts hydrogen to helium, which generates energy. Our Sun is white, and it would look white if you looked at it from space. The atmosphere scatters sunlight, especially light of shorter wavelength, i.e. blue light. So the Sun appears slightly orangeish as a result.

hope it may help you!!

Beacuse sunlight's temperature at which it is formed is very high which alter the atomic structure when hydrogen react with hydrogen to form helium . Morover they are pure at earth surface which may not be same for all kind surfaces.
