Answer is no.

Hydrogen chloride is not a mixture but it is a compound. The two reasons to support my answer is -

1. It has a Hydrogen and Chlorine as a constituents which are present in the Fixed ratio by mass.

2. Hydrogen chloride has a Fixed mass.

3. It has many chemical properties like a compound. For example, When it reacts with bases, it forms salt and water.

There are many properties of this compound which proves that it is the Compound.
