Hydrogen don't have nucleus so how it has protons. also its atomic number is determined.

==>Hydrogen is an element with atomic no: 1
==>Hydrogen does not have neutrons
==>It has 1 proton and 1 electron

Your question is wrong because atomic no. of hydrogen is 1 and hydrogen has a nucleus, 1 proton and 1 electron, only it doesn't have neutrons.
