HF has the strongest Hydrogen bonding as Fluorine is the most electronegative element whereas in HCl the bonding is comparatively weaker. Hence, it is difficult to take out hydrogen from HF than HCl, which shows HF is weakest acid among halides

(b) Stronger H ---- bonding of F⁻ ion with H₃O⁺ than Cl⁻
