Hydrogen is a non-metal, but included in the reactivity
series of metals. Why?

Hydrogen is a non-metal but it is still included in the reactivity series because it behaves like a metal in quite a lot of chemical reactions. Hydrogen ion also has a positive charge (H+) like other metals. ... Also, like metals hydrogen also lose its electron and form positive ion (H+ ion).

Hydrogen placed in reactive series because it has one electron in its valence shell, it shows reactivity that resembles Electropositive metals ( lose of electron and become H+). And also reactivity that resembles Electronegative non-metals ( gain of electron and become H−)
