Hydrogen sulfide ( H2S) reacts with Sulphur Dioxide ( SO2) to form Water(H2O) and solid Sulphur (S).

H2S + SO2 —> H2O + S(solid)

Now as per the law of conservation of mass, mass is neither created nor destroyed in a chemical reaction. So, the equation should be balanced.

Balancing the equation we have

2H2S + SO2 = 2H2O + 3S(solid)
