YES HYDROGEN ION IS ALWAYS IN THE FORM OF H3 PLUS BECAUSE H2O IS A NUTRAL MOLECULE BUT WHEN HYDRONIUM IONS FORMED IT HAS ONE MORE ELECTRON WHICH CANNOT SATISFY THE VALENCY OF OXYGEN SO IT LOSES ONE ELECTRON SO IT GETS POSITIVE CHARGE BECAUSE AFTER DONATION OF ONE ELECTRON IT SATISFY ALSO OXYGEN
