Math, asked by Sahil1007, 11 months ago

Hye, I have my Maths Board tomorrow technically ( it's 11th March now).

I do not have any doubt in any particular question but in minor things.

When in , applications of trigonometry we get the final answer in root , I. e. √3 m, do we need to write or convert it in metres by using the value of root 3 or should leave it as it is..

Also

Do we need to write the steps of constructions and justification for the construction even if it's not asked in the question...
Please help

Hey buddy!

First off, all the best! Even I'm writing boards so, good luck to everyone!

Secondly, you can leave root 3 value as it is, if they haven't specified it in the question. Usually a question would require a root to decimal conversion if the value of root 3 is given in the question.

For eg, : They'll ask like, "Find the height of the pole if the base is 10 cm and the angle of elevation is 30 degrees. Take root 3 as 1.732". Only then, you can convert it.

Thirdly, you NEED to write steps of construction fr all construction based questions. Justification can only be applied if asked. Don't waste time writing both. If Justification is asked, write it.

All the best and good luck!
