Explanation:

According to me it is 3 only.

The reason for this being that the alpha carbon is sp³ hybridized and has 2- alpha hydrogens attached to it helping it in hyperconjugation.

Now the reason for hyperconjugation not occuring in 2 is because there are no sp³ hybridized alpha carbon. And shifting cannot occur

Reason for 1 not being able to show hyperconjugation is because the alpha carbon does not have any alpha hydrogen. But it can undergo a hydride shift to increase its stability by hyperconjugation.

If, hydride shift is taken into account 1 and 3 will show hyperconjugation.
