Answer:

⇒ A map.

Explanation:

⇒ According to the question the riddle is given in some parts.

Case (1):

⇒ 'I have cities, but no houses'.

Case (2):

⇒ 'I have mountains, but no trees'.

Case (3):

⇒ 'I have water, but no fish'.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

According to case - (1)

⇒ We can say that in a map we can find the cities, towns, routes scheduled but we can't find any houses in a map.

According to case - (2)

⇒ We know in a map we can see mountains, sea, river routes but on these mountains we don't find any trees in a map.

According to case - (3)

⇒ In a map we can find water in many ways like rivers, sea, ocean but however we can't see the fishes or any other organisms inside water.

Taking all the cases together:

⇒ Finally taking all the cases together we know we can find cities, mountains, water in a "map".

Therefore, all the conditions have satisfied and this is a 'MAP'.
