Result: a = -8 and b = 15.
(a+b) = 7 .
We know that,
f(5+) = f(5+h) where h tends to 0 +.
Now,
We know that
{5+h} = h where { } is fractional part of function.
Steps :
1)
=> sin {5+h} = sin {h} where h tends to 0
=> lim h tends to 0: sin {h} =0
Now,
function has to be of form 0/0 to get value of x as finite .
2) Denominator with x = 5+h and with limit h tends to 0 has to be 0 to get form 0/0.
This gives two equations in a and b.

Solving these two equations we get,
a = -8
b = 15
Hence, a + b = 7
