Solution:

(0, 2), (4, 1)

Slope = ( 1 - 2)/(4 - 0)  = -1/4

(0, 2), (16, -2)​

Slope = (-2 - 2)/(16 - 0) = -4/16 = -1/4

Slope is same Hence points are collinear

Another way : Find area enclosed by points

(0, 2), (4, 1), (16, -2)​

= (1/2) | 0 (1 -(-2)) + 4(-2 - 2) + 16(2 - 1) |

= (1/2) | 0  - 16 + 16 |

= (1/2) 0

= 0

Area enclosed in 0 hence  points are collinear
