\huge\color{cyan}\boxed{\colorbox{black}{ANSWER ❤}}

9 - (x - 4) = y + 7

9 - x + 4 = y + 7

9 + 4 - 7 = x + y

x + y = 6

NOW,

2(x + y) = 4 - 3y

2(6) = 4 - 3y

12 - 4 =  - 3y

8 =  - 3y

y =  \frac{ - 8}{3}  \\

AS WE KNOW THAT :-

x + y = 6

x +  \frac{ - 8}{3}  = 6 \\

x = 6 - ( \frac{ - 8}{3} )

x = 6 +  \frac{8}{3}  \\

x =  \frac{26}{3}  \\
