No, It doesn't matter this is just for Formalities.
Hope you will get selected and get a good college then you have to fill your All details again like family Income in your Admission Form then you have to fill right information because these things Doesn't matter for Gen category but matter for OBC (NCL) so if you are OBC then you may be in trouble but don't panic During counselling they will help you regarding this.
