I accidently mark wrong bubble in omr sheet while filling the roll no. in boards exam, i corrected it later though. is my result will be rejected?​

I don't know wether your result will be rejected.... But you should have told the invigilator about this error.... Usually, the invigilator will correct it and will put their signature near the error....

If they didnt sign it... I don't know, but its their responsibility... Dats what my tr. told...
