I am 12 year old I want to reduce my weight from my whole body give me some tips please i am 40 kg I want to become 30 kg kindly help me I have double chin tooo.and also I want some skin and hair care tips​

  • Do regular exercise
  • Start from 5-10 minutes a day and then you can increase your exercising time as much as you can
  • Avoid oily foods and sweets
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Eat your food slowly cause it makes you feel full fastly
  • Don't be lazy do your work actively
  • Never skip breakfast
  • Eat only homemade foods
  • And for double chin do neck streches and exercises
