- Do regular exercise
- Start from 5-10 minutes a day and then you can increase your exercising time as much as you can
- Avoid oily foods and sweets
- Drink a lot of water
- Eat your food slowly cause it makes you feel full fastly
- Don't be lazy do your work actively
- Never skip breakfast
- Eat only homemade foods
- And for double chin do neck streches and exercises
