I AM 13 YEARS OLD AND MY EYESIGHT IS (-3.00) ON BOTH EYES .. MY QUESTION IS THAT .
1) Can it be cured by specs to 20/20.

2) If yes then how much years does it take can it be cured in 1 year .. somebody tell me ..

How to cure my vision tell me some tricks and ideas that will work 100 .. I am begging you ..​

Take proper care of eyes

Eat green veggies, green Chilli, by that eye washer available in the market and wash your eyes with rose water every morning. Be consistent then you will see the change in the next 6 months. Can't GARUNTEED total removal of specs but your power will gradually come down.
