I am 15 year old and 1 year ago my both eye power was -1.25 and now it becomes -2.25 in right and -1.75 in left, at the age of 20 what will be my eye power will it increase? when will it become constant?

It will be stabilized at the age of 18 most probably coz doctor tell this. If you eat green leafy vegetables and sprouts it will not increase too much. Try to avoid using phone and watching TV for longer time....✌️
