i am 16 years old boy and my weight is 88.8 kg , what diet plan should i follow to reduce my fat.My fat percentage in my body is 39 kg.Please help

hey mate take full meal in morning

afternoon eat at 2.00 only with main dish

with less rice

no othe things will not be allowed in between

if u wanna eat only fresh uncooked vegetables

at n8 only eat within 8.00 r else if it gets late then

eat only banana and 2 biscuits
