Digits of number are x and y.
According to Question,
x+y=12 ...(i)
x-y=4 ...(ii)
Adding (i) and (ii),
⇒2x=16
⇒x=8
⇒x+y=12 [From (i)]
⇒8+y=12
⇒y=4
Therefore,
The number is 10x+y=(10*8)+4 = 84, which is greater than 50.
