The number is 57.

#Since the digits of the number are prime numbers ,the possible options for the digits are 1,2,3,5,7.

#As the sum of the digits of the number is divisible by both 3 and 4, the sum of the digits of the number will also be divisible by 12.

#From the above point we can infer that the sum of the digits of the number should be greater than or equal to 12 since the sum of two prime numbers cannot be 0.

#Since the digits are consecutive prime numbers the maximum sum of digits that can be obtained is 12 by using 5 and 7 as the two digits.

#So it is clearly evident from the above arguments that the number must be 57.
