In the above lines Shylock questions the inequalities between a Christian and a Jew. Shylock says that he is a Jew and he too has a pair of eyes, hands organs,dimensions ,senses, affection and passions. He says that he is also subject to the same disease as that of a Christian. He asks on what basis the Jew's were considered different from the Christians.
