i am a person who gets tensed even for small things.i have a tendency to dream at night and think about the exam about the exam that i had written that day.I dream like i forgot to put the question number,has written wrong format in english,has done something careless mistake in maths and so and so. How can i get relaxed from this??????

then manage the all study that u study
I think u r very sensitive
hence u should do revise that u had done
it helps u to relax but u should keep ur tendency that ur study is completed
