Answer:

194

Step-by-step explanation:

Since the hundreds digit is eight less than the tens digit, the tens digit has to be 9. This is because 9 is the only positive integer less than 10 that is greater than 8, and thus the only one that will give a positive integer result when 8 is subtracted from it

We already know that the ones digit is 5 less than the tens digit, so it is 9–5=4. And the hundreds digit has to be 1. So the answer is 194.

Given :   a three digited number. ten’s unders place is 5 more than my one’s digit. hundred’s digit is 8 lessthan my ten’s digit.

To find : Number

Solution:

Let say number  = ABC

Hundred's Digit = A

Ten's Digit = B

Unit's Digit = C

B  = C + 5

A  =  B - 8  = C + 5 - 8  = C - 3

A can not be zero as its 3 digit numbers

=>  C - 3 > 0

=> C > 3

B = C + 5

=> C + 5 < 10    ( ax maximum possible digit = 9)

=>  C < 5

C > 3  & C < 5

3  < C  < 5

=> only possible Value of C = 4

B = C + 5 = 4 + 5 = 9

A  = B - 8  =  9 - 8  = 1

ABC  = 194

194 is required  three digited number
