I am a writter , and like to read some stories.had always enjoyed writing even as early as elementary school. My early memories include writing contests between my dad and I. The winner was the one with the most unique story. I clearly remember my story about a mansion with different amenities such as a bowling alley, soda machine, and dog room. In fact, I never finished this story and continued adding on to it for years. Fast-forward several years to high school. Writing was solely for school essays and nothing else. Occasionally, I would journal like so many other adolescents, but this was only a short phase. As I got older, writing shifted from an enjoyable activity with no boundaries to one viewed as a burden.

Otherwise, I have always been an avid reader, which I think goes hand in hand with writing. Throughout high school, I was enrolled in honors and AP courses, which challenged my writing abilities, but I have had few opportunities to write since then, mostly because I would never voluntarily choose to do so. Of course, here and there, I write an essay for a class. These rarely have anything special to them, but are merely a required assignment. I am insecure about my writing abilities since I haven’t taken a writing course since my senior year of high school. My biggest challenge was to express my thoughts in clear, concise sentences.but I am a good writer,as I feel.
