I am addicted to mobile games and social media I want to use them in limited time schedule that is only 1 hour in a day how I can implement it in my daily schedule

make a time table. Distract yourself by going out more and hanging out with friends. it will be hard but slowly you'll get used to it. :)
Answer: Always remember, Take some steps and make it a biggest priority, what we do is we try to make big steps and make them our small priority.
So, If you really want to come out of this addiction, You need to understand two things:-
1. Social media and mobile games have been designed to use your time and energy as much as possible.
2. Social media is a fake world. What you see is absolutely fake.
Actors and Models are paid to post such pictures so that people who are literally blind will come to like and comment them.
Actors and Models only post best angled of their life but you never ever see their real life which is 99% hidden unglamorous sad life and you end up comparing yourself to those people's fake highlight views and posts and feel sad about the things that you don't have. Thus, Many people start doing what they do as a fashion. For eg. Wearing same type of clothes, Doing all the stupid things which they do purposely, we all do that unconsciously.
The more you use social media, the more you'll feel lonely and isolated.
SOLUTION:- a. Start comparing Yourself to Yourself and stop comparing yourself to others.
b. Ask to those people reviews, that why don't they use these things...
c. Change your friends circle.
d. Read the Holy books.
e. Take new wrong turns in your life and most important learn lessons from it.
f. Unsubscribe to all the YouTube channels that you have subscribed of games.
g. Meditate for at least 10min in the morning and be gratefull for the things that you have.
