Simple algebra as well as common sense can solve this problem. Let’s take the algebra way.

An unknown integer is added with - 10, it results in 35. The algebraic representation of the following problem is :-

x + (-10) = 35

Let’s solve the following!

x - 10 = 35 (Sign changed from + to -)

x = 35 + 10 = 45. (Added -10 on both sides to eliminate the -10 on LHS)

Therefore, the integer is 45. Hope this helps! <3

Answer:

Let the integer be x

x + (-10) = 35

x - 10 = 35

x = 35 + 10

x = 45
