Question

I am an it enginner..i am working in a start up product base company ..should i continue with company or go in another company.. i am.getting better sallary than current company..i am working from 3 years in this company.. so what should i do?

well we are not so experienced to help but i can just suggest that u should concern factors like dignity ,respect, health facilities rather than income only. if u are thinking everything is okk with it then u must check that the company u r going to join will earn profit or not.

If the other company is providing u a good salary or package then it's good . But do have a check on the all types of facilities in that company. Since u r an IT Engineer then u must also check whether the company providing u the offer has better technologies then the previous company or not as today the world is becoming so advanced and better technologies should be the priority of an IT Engineer. Also search about that company's name in the market. If everything is apt. then I think u must go with the offer but do check everything before.............................
