Answer:

There can be more than a verb in a sentence. Transitive verb cancha nge its form in occurance. But intransitive is not changable. Like- when we say in present...( I like to eat fruits) in this sentence like and eat both are verbs. but here 'like' is transitive and eat is intransitive verb. when we say this sentence in past, we usually say (l liked to eat fruits) so we are changing the form of the the 'like'. But we are not changing the form of 'eat'. lt is always will 'eat' in every situation. That is the difference of a transitive and intransitive verb.

hope it may help you.
