Today's world ( especially we i.e., boys and girls ) is greatly effected by the use of gadegts ( electronic devices ).

People all around the globe rely on gadgets for innumerable necessary reasons, such as communication, research, employment, etc. With the developing world new gadegts are being introduced and most of the people become dependent upon them. A coin has two sides. The advancement of technology have improved the world a lot but there are darker sides as well. The young population that is in its growing age gets easily manipulated with the advanced trending gadgets. 

Several studies and researches have suggested about the various harmful effects gadgets have on human health. 

Some of the daily one :-

Have you ever imagined that why after watching Television for a long time you tend to feel tired and your eyes strained?

Sometimes even listening to music from earphones for a long time can cause pain in the ears. 

Television can be absolutely damaging to human health if watched for long durations on a regular basis. The number of children who wear spectacles ( includes me too ) today has gone up considerably because of excessive exposure to TV. Even parents now-a-days are too busy and are unable to monitor their child's activities. So children today are watching far too much television compared o what they actually should be watching. Some of the harmful things of watching T.V sre described by Roald Dalh in his poem TELEVISION.

Even too much exposure to other electronic gadgets like mobile phones can have devastating effects on human health. Today in the modern world it is almost impossible to find anyone without a mobile phone. Today mobile phones are highly sophisticated and come with exciting features. Most mobile phones today come with advanced MP3 players and earphones. These earphones are used to listen to music and sometimes even take calls on the mobile phone. Continuously listening to the music on the earphones can put immense pressure on the ear drums and can result in hearing problems in the future. 

The modern trend among young teenagers is to show off their latest mobile phone with all the latest features. So teenagers today want to own the most up to date mobile phone irrespective of its cost. Mobile phones apart from having harmful effects on human health are putting human life at a high risk now-a-days. People today are accustomed to talking on their mobile phone while driving. This would mean they fail to concentrate on the road which means the chances of a road accident has increased due to excessive use of mobile phones.

It is impossible to completely eliminate electronic devices from a child's life, but there are ways to decrease their negative impacts.( For Parents )

1). Know the rating of the game and television programs your child wants to use or watch.

2). Do not set up electronic devices in a child's bedroom.

3). Make media rules. For example, place a time limit of how often or long a child is allowed to use an electronic device, including games and television.

4). Monitor your child's media consumption, including video games, television, movies, and the Internet.

5). Communicate with your child about what they observe in video games, television program or movies. Ask them how they feel about the media they have access to and discuss it with them.

As we all know we all are living in the era of technology and gadgets. Nowadays science , technology and gadgets have completely changed our life. We all know very well about the positive effects of it. And as we all know that the things which have positive effects have also some negative effects of it.

Nowadays gadgets help us in each and every field. They help us in many ways. But it has many harmful effect on our health. Especially nowadays youth is suffering badly. Gadgets causes eye problems, vision difficult and it causes headache. Students are using gadgets ceaselessly. It effects on their studies also. Sometimes they become so busy that they forget to focus on their studies on doing it. We must have seen now students don't have any bookish knowledge. If they want any material related to studies , now they don't see books but they use the internet. Actually it's good that internet helps students in studies but still we always remember the bookish language also. Students should also have books knowledge. We must have seen that children are wearing spectacles in a very small age. Bcoz they use phones, gadgets ceaselessly it affect their health. Gadgets cause many serious problems.
Now children are becoming more aggressive then the previous time. In India there is big problem of Obesity now. The more gadgets we use, the negative thoughts come to our mind. Now people are getting sleeping disorders.

We are giving invitation to the diseases for our health by using more and more gadgets. So me must take precautions during using electronic devices.
We should not use mobiles and gadgets when they are charging bcoz sometimes we use mobile and gadgets during charging sometimes they get exposed .
We should allow small children to use gadgets unnecessary.
Sometimes it's better to use wireless devices because it increases the distance between your head and the phone. Bcoz radiations of gadgets are not good for our health.
If it's is possible for you then you should switch off your gadgets when not in use .
No phone should be kept near the head at night.
We should keep the particular distance between your eyes and the gadget.
We should give rest to our eyes after every half an hour during using gadgets.

So These are some precautions which we can take during using gadgets.


We can avoid these gadgets by the following ways :-
Firstly we should spend our time with our family members also rather than wasting your time in using gadgets.

We should take help of our books rather than using internet. Books are our best friend.

We should distract our mind on other positive things.

We should play some games which refresh our mind.

At last but not least I want to say that we should use gadgets but in a particular limit.
