Heya!
Here is the answer

 \texttt{Phylum Cnidaria}

I am diploblastic and Acoelomate, Hence,
I belong to Phylum Cnidaria { Coelenterata }.

Their body is radially symmetrical and either polyp or Medusa.

Their mouth is surrounded by tentacles.
Each tentacle bears stinging cells or cnidoblasts.

With the tentacles prey is captured while the cnidoblasts inject the paralysing toxin into the prey. These are the organs of offense and defense.

Hence , Their body is diploblastic and Acoelomate.
